1. Purpose

The purpose of this website is the online sale of products to consumers, both in Chile and worldwide. Accessing and using this site confers the status of "user" and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as our Return and Legal Warranty Policy and our Shipping Policy, all of which are available on the site.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the website, in accordance with applicable legislation, this Legal Notice, generally accepted moral standards and good customs, and public order.

Use of the site for illicit or harmful purposes, or in any way that might cause damage or impede the normal operation of the website—including the introduction of viruses, the execution of denial-of-service attacks, or any other conduct that damages the systems of the site owner or third parties—is prohibited.

This limitation does not, in any case, affect the non-waivable consumer rights established by Chilean Law No. 19.496, European Union consumer protection regulations, or the consumer protection legislation in force in the buyer's country of residence; these rights are governed by the provisions of our Return and Legal Warranty Policy.

For consumers residing in Chile, this Legal Notice is governed by Chilean law—specifically Law No. 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights—and disputes may be submitted to competent courts or to the free complaint procedure before SERNAC (www.sernac.cl).

For consumers residing in other countries, the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence shall apply in addition to the provisions of this document; these rules shall prevail over any provision of this Legal Notice in the event of a conflict.
